When a visitor arrives, the CloudReception will automatically notify you via Email & SMS. Then, you’ll be able to respond from your computer right back to the iPad and let the visitor know you’ll be right there! Or, if you’re away, reply from your smartphone anywhere in the world, letting them know you’re out of the office.
Message forwarding & backup notification
Travelling? Out of the office? On the facility floor? Or maybe you forgot a visitor was coming and you’re out at lunch? No problem! Simply set up automatic message forwarding to a colleague to help your visitor out while you’re away.
Custom visitor badges
Use our proprietary, drag-and-drop badge customisation tool to print visitor badges with name, photo, and employee host so you can easily who’s in your building and why.
Delivery buttons
Now delivery drivers can easily connect with their contact in the office. Choose between preselecting delivery recipients for the whole company, or letting the delivery driver contact individuals when their package arrives. You can even choose message options for the delivery, such as “Requires signature”, “Left delivery at counter”, and “Will re-deliver”. Or you can create a custom message best suited for your unique office delivery needs.
