Douglas Reid

Executive Director

Working in Information Technology (IT) since 2001 where Doug co-founded a networking and desktop support company, progressing in 2003 to the formation of an open-source telecoms solution provider. Doug sourced and introduced the ScopServ VoIP based product range to the South African market, and has since contributed to the technical development and growth of this world-class brand as seen today. With extensive skill and experience in the emerging unified communication industry and a broad knowledge of information technology, he holds an Executive Directorship at ScopServ Integrated Services and directs the technical and development roadmap.

Janet Souter

Executive Director

With Janet’s vast work experience in large technology distributors and internet service providers (ISP), her skill in sales and marketing was proven to be a great asset in the growth of the ScopServ brand in South Africa. Janet has spearheaded the brand awareness and creation of a reseller channel for the ScopServ brand and been responsible for the great success of the product range in both corporate and government organisations. Janet’s sales and marketing skill, coupled with her unique business networking ability suites her title as Executive Director at ScopServ Integrated Services, where she directs the sales and marketing roadmap.

Originally employed by a previous partner company to ScopServ Integrated Services during the formation of the company, soon after joined us as our internal bookkeeper. Janet's hard work, financial advice and efforts have always been more than appreciated by the company executives. Single handed, Janet Scott has run the accounts department and ensured that our compliance and accuracy has remained steadfast and true. Her dedication to the ScopServ Integrated Services applies today in her position as our Senior Financial Officer

Norma Fundira

Operations Manager

After studying a BCom in Financial Management, Norma joined ScopServ Integrated Services in the position of an office administrator with basic administrative responsibilities. Norma very quickly progressed her skill sets and it was evident that she would do very well in a managerial position. Norma was promoted to office manager and took on more responsibilities under this title. Her unique ability to adopt responsibilities outside of her title wherever they presented ensured that her promotions continued to Operations Manager, heading up all operational aspects of ScopServ Integrated Services.

After studying a BSc Forensic Science in university but always having a keen interest in IT, Noah decided to redirect his career towards his passion for IT, he started as a Junior Technician at ScopServ Integrated Services and through his dedication and ability to quickly increase skill he was promoted to a senior position within two years of loyalty to ScopServ Integrated Services, thereafter his talent for communication and skill transfer escalated him to a management position where Noah now heads up the technical division of our company.
